Eating for Nutrition
If you are like most people, you are confused about what to eat, what not to eat, when to eat, and how to manage weight issues. This informal workshop will address your questions and concerns, as well as these topics: Do I need less protein as I get older? What are some good foods for boosting energy? What about coffee…? What about wine…? What can I do to tame my sweet tooth?
We welcome Nancy Clark MS RD, sports nutritionist, who has a private practice in Newton Highlands, where she works with both casual exercisers and competitive athletes of all ages. She teaches people how to eat well to support an active, healthy lifestyle so they can sustain lifelong independence.
